Put AI to Work,
the Right Way.

Paid workshops and ongoing AI training for companies who want their people using it well, not just talking about it.

Hi, I'm Jayson

Northwest Ohio.
Real Companies. No Hype.

I run Sales Funnel Marketing here in Northwest Ohio. Organizations started asking me to speak on AI instead of marketing, and I've since been paid to run workshops on how to actually put it to work. This is that, built for teams who want it done right.

How We Work Together

Two Paths

01

Speaking & Workshops

A keynote, lunch-and-learn, or half-day session. Practical tools, real prompting, and the mistakes that get people in trouble. Nothing off a slide deck of buzzwords.

  • AI 101: What It Is and Where to Start
  • Using AI Without Leaking Company Data
  • Prompting That Gets Usable Work, Not Garbage
  • Building an AI Habit That Sticks

Ongoing Training & AI Policy

For companies who want more than one talk. I map where AI actually fits your workflows, train each department on it, and help you write a usage policy people will read.

  • Workflow-by-Workflow Adoption
  • Department-Level Training Sessions
  • A Written AI Usage & Data Safety Policy
  • Ongoing Check-Ins to Fix What Isn't Working

Who This Is For

Corporations and mid-sized businesses, generally 20 to 500 employees, where leadership wants AI adopted but nobody in-house can teach it or write the policy. If your team is already using AI a little and you're not sure what they're doing wrong, that's usually the call I get.

Logos pulled from each organization's own site (UToledo's primary mark, since their College of Engineering logo requires a request to their marketing office; National Exchange Club and Rotary are the national/international marks since I don't know your exact local club). Worth a quick check that everyone's okay with the logo use before this goes live.
Common Questions

Before You Reach Out

Is it safe to use AI with our client or company data?

Not automatically. Most of the risk isn't the AI itself, it's people pasting client names, financials, or contracts into a free tool without thinking about where that information goes. Part of what I teach is exactly what's safe to put in and what never should be.

Do we really need a formal AI policy? We're a small team.

Yes, and it doesn't need to be complicated. It takes one person pasting the wrong thing into ChatGPT to create a real problem, whether you've got five employees or five hundred. I'll help you write something short that people will actually read.

What does this cost?

Single-session workshops start around $200 to $400 depending on group size and format. A full keynote or a university-style engagement runs higher. Ongoing training and policy work gets quoted once I know what you're actually looking for. Easiest is a quick call and I'll give you a real number.

What's the difference between a workshop and ongoing consulting?

A workshop is one session, usually one to three hours, built to get your team moving right away. Ongoing training runs over weeks, builds AI into daily workflows, and ends with a policy in place.

Is AI going to replace our employees?

Not the way most people fear. Every business I work with uses AI to get more out of the people they already have, not to cut headcount. That's the reason to train your team on it instead of handing them a tool and hoping.

What tools should we actually be using?

Depends on what your team does all day, and that's usually the first thing we figure out together. There's no single best AI tool, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.

Get Your Team Using This the Right Way

Tell me about your team and what you're hoping AI could take off their plate. I'll follow up with a couple options for a workshop or an ongoing engagement.
